Description

The International Cancer Genome Consortium is a collaboration of cancer sequencing projects from more than 17 countries. ICGC provides a list of somatic tumor mutations for public access. Only a few mutations that might leak germline information are excluded.

We separated the mutations by tumor type. Tracks are annotated with the country if several tumors were sequenced by different projects. You can mouse over tracks to see the complete description of the tumor type and country.

Methods

ICGC somatic mutations, release 16, in VCF format were downloaded from the ICGC Data Repository, split by project with a custom python script. TCGA projects were removed as we provide them as a separate track. Conversion and formatting by Maximilian Haeussler.
